The Family Resource Counseling Center is a private practice office located in West Los Angeles, between Santa Monica and Beverly Hills. We offer a wide variety of self-help and support groups are also offered for parents and adolescents by our competent staff of psychologists and therapists. Other services include testing and assessments. An on-site psychiatrist is available by appointment. Please look at our entire website for more information about our comprehensive list of psychotherapeutic services. Self-help and support groups address the following topics and provide education and support for almost any area of interest or concern.
Sometimes, we may feel alone or lost as we deal with the problems and issues in our life. Whether someone is looking to change, improve, or cope, self-help and support groups can be tailored to fit your needs. Since family and friends are often unavailable or ill-equipped to provide sufficient help, groups and classes are there to provide the support and understanding required to enhance coping skills. For your convenience, we have provided on-line resources for additional information and support regarding self-help and support groups.
